Role Overview:

As the Operations/Contracts Manager at Covert Group LTD, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. From managing general office maintenance to driving business growth initiatives, your diverse skill set will be instrumental in shaping the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• General Office Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee general office upkeep, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all staff members and visitors.

• Teaching and Training: Utilize your teaching experience to develop and deliver training programs for security personnel, leveraging your expertise to impart essential knowledge and skills.

• Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Business Development: Drive business growth initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.

• Operational Efficiency: Implement systems and processes to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall efficiency across the organization.

• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges proactively, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree or equivalent experience

• Possession of a valid SIA Badge

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry

• Previous experience in teaching or training roles, with L3 AET certification preferred

• Proven track record of success in business management and operations

• Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
